We're a small, senior team tackling one of the most important problems in tech. No bureaucracy, no BS — just hard problems and the autonomy to solve them.
Your work ships directly to customers. No committees, no approval chains. High impact, fast feedback.
AI security isn't a feature request — it's critical infrastructure for the next decade of software. The stakes are real.
Security researchers, ML engineers, and product builders who've done this before. You'll learn and be challenged constantly.
We have an office in Austin, TX. We also have team members across the US. Both work. You choose.
Own and evolve our high-throughput proxy layer — the critical path for every AI request we protect. You'll work on connection pooling, streaming protocol handling, sub-millisecond detection pipelines, and the infrastructure that powers 50M+ monthly requests. Strong Go or Rust preferred.
Research, design, and train the detection models at the core of AgentAIShield. You'll work on prompt injection classifiers, PII extraction models, behavioral anomaly detection, and adversarial attack simulation. PhD or equivalent research experience in NLP/ML security required.
Our first sales hire. You'll build and own the enterprise pipeline from scratch — positioning to close — targeting engineering-led and security-focused buyers. You understand developer tools and security products, and you know how to sell to technical teams without being pushy.
Be the bridge between AgentAIShield and the developer community. Write technical blog posts, create integrations and sample projects, speak at conferences, engage on X/HN/Reddit, and bring developer feedback directly into product. You need to be a credible technical voice who can ship code.
We're always interested in exceptional people. If you think you'd be a great fit and you're passionate about AI security, reach out. We mean it.
